Tell us more about what you do at Indellient:
“I wear many different hats throughout a typical day. I usually start off my day wearing the Scrum Master hat running the daily scrum. For the same project, I am also a Technical Lead and Project Manager therefore my duties shift towards identifying new requirements and talking to the client. I also actively code during the day to get high-priority items out of the door, OR help by reviewing the code for other team members. In addition to all the above duties, I am also a Manager for a group of Software Developers with whom I have regular check-ins to help identify their interests, set goals, and define their career paths. Usually, the highlight of my day is the time I find to socialize with my colleagues either during lunch hour or during a quick run to Timmies.”
What is your favorite part about working at Indellient:
“It’s really about the people that I get to work with every day. One of the best upper managements, warm, approachable, and always open to hearing your ideas.”

“Squid Game of course. It’s not your usual show; very different but I thoroughly enjoyed it!”
