Inside Indellient is a blog series where we introduce you to our team! Today we are introducing Sharyl Jones, our DevOps Services, and Customer Success Manager. Sharyl is a valuable team member who has been with us since May 2017. She is known across Indellient for hosting work out sessions.
Tell us more about what you do at Indellient?
At Indellient, I am responsible for the success of our clients in the DevOps Line of Business, which includes professional services and our ShuttleOps platform.
I work with our services team to deliver best in class DevOps Solutions which enable our clients to get their products to market faster.
In addition to the work on the services side, I am responsible for Customer Success for our ShuttleOps customers. I work with our teams to drive and maintain customer focus in our development and delivery processes.
The team at Indellient is energetic and we love to support each other in all areas of life, not just our day to day work. I saw this early on and wanted to give back to the team. My way of giving back is to offer fitness classes and personal training services. Getting and keeping the team moving keeps energy high, especially during the pandemic!
What is your favorite part about working at Indellient?
I love the people and the culture at Indellient. Everyone is extremely helpful and supportive. There is a culture of growth which aligns with my personal objectives and lifestyle.
What advice would you give someone applying to work at Indellient?
I’ve been working in tech since 1996. This is, by far, the best workplace I’ve landed.
My advice for someone applying at Indellient is this – if you’re looking for more than a job, if you’re looking to become part of a community of talented people to connect with and learn from – this is the place for you.
If you’re looking for pure transactional work, Indellient may not be the best fit.
Tell us an interesting fact about yourself.
I also work in the Health and Fitness industry as a group fitness instructor and personal trainer.
What is the last show you binge-watched?
I have three kids and two careers which leave little, to no time for TV binging.
