When did you start at Indellient?
“I began my tenure at Indellient in July 2021 – a time when the pandemic was in full swing and mask-wearing and remote-work had become a normal way of life.”
Tell us more about what you do at Indellient:
“I am currently managing a project squad helping build out a global cross-domain software product with one of Indellient’s large-scale clients. Also, as part of the PMO group within Indellient, I also help set project management and SDLC process standards within the organization.”

What is your favorite part about working at Indellient?
“Indellient is a quintessential people-centric organization. I find myself in an environment where everyone is driven and encouraged to provide their best value while having a ton of fun in the process. My favourite part about working at Indellient has to be the sense of “professional free-spiritedness” I experience every day.”
What advice would you give to someone applying at Indellient?
“If you see an open opportunity at Indellient that catches your eye, and if you feel your credentials on paper do not seem to fit the bill, do not let your demons talk you out of it and apply anyway. We focus on drive, aptitude and cultural fit. If you come with a strong learner’s mindset with a smile, you have a mighty chance of succeeding at Indellient!”
Tell us an interesting fact about yourself:
“Something I have been open about off late – I had a strong stutter growing up, and I still do to an extent, and my way of circumventing it was to learn and use vocabulary unconventional to everyday conversation. I’m quite good at crossword puzzles as a result.”
