Tell us more about what you do at Indellient
“I do development on cloud and custom integration projects. Currently, I am doing development for a client integration on the system that I have been on about 2 years. Getting my hands on various technologies so far that include different languages – Java, Ruby and Python, I am now on-boarding for a project that uses C#.”
What is your favourite part about working at Indellient
“I know many other employees have already mentioned and I would like to mention it again about the culture that Indellient has flourished with the diversity of employees that work here. While I worked with so many different teams at Indellient – I have always felt proud to be in a team of a great bunch of people. Indellient is the company that has closed the tech gender gap. Indellient genuinely cares about their employees by practicing work-life balance, taking surveys, and offering flexibility at its best.”
What advice would you give to someone applying at Indellient?
“Keep up a positive attitude and welcome new challenges as they come. Time changes and so do the project and technology with different clients – your growth is certain here. Be prepared to not only enjoy tangible perks like casual dress codes but also having pets in the office!”

“I have lived and studied in three different countries (India, US and Canada) and travelled three different continents (Asia, North America and Europe).”

“Not the show but the only and last I have binge-watched is Harry Potter first five movies.”
