When did you start at Indellient?
“March 21, 2016.”
Tell us about what you do at Indellient.
“I like to think of myself as a facilitator of sorts, making sure that the team has the resources they need to do their jobs to the best of their abilities. I’m also responsible for ensuring that everyone is on the same page, that we’re meeting our deadlines, and that we’re delivering what the client needs. At the end of the day, my job is to make sure our clients are thrilled with the work we deliver while also making sure the team is happy and fulfilled in their work.”

What’s your morning routine before you start working?
“I usually get up before everyone else in the house, it’s my quiet time. I start my day with a quick morning meditation then I make myself some coffee to take with me on my walk with my dog. By the time I’m back, my family is up, and the peace is long gone Lol.”
What’s your favorite part about working at Indellient?
“No doubt it’s the people! I’ve been here for a while now, but it still amazes me how friendly and supportive the people here are, everyone’s got each other’s backs.”
What advice would you give to someone applying at Indellient?
“I’d say do your research on the company’s mission and culture, and don’t be afraid to ask questions during the interview process. If you’re after a workplace with endless learning opportunities, where the company’s culture promotes teamwork and collaboration, and where you’ll feel like you’re part of a tight-knit community, this is definitely the spot for you.”
What’s something you’re learning or learned recently?
“Lately I’ve been into technical analysis.”
