We are excited to share that Indellient’s Lead Data Scientist, Meina Zhou will be presenting at the IDEAS SoCal AI & Data Science Conference in Los Angeles on October 26th.
Meina will discuss how she has successfully assisted various financial institutions implement in-house predictive analytics solutions to improve their wealth management services. To create a successful program, the project focused on different stages of the customer journey including customer acquisition, customer personalization, and customer retention. Throughout her talk she will present the multiple use cases implemented during each of these stages within the customer journey. This will be combined with addressing both the analytic components and the challenges involved throughout the implementation process.

Meina received her Master of Science in Data Science from New York University and her Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Economics from Agnes Scott College.
