Our Culture Is Your Culture
Organizational culture is not something that is created, it is naturally formed by the individuals within the organization. At Indellient, we all work together to create and maintain a culture that’s not one-size-fits-all.
We are built on a set of core values that emphasize high customer satisfaction, reliability, and adaptability. Client retention and absolute satisfaction are the team’s measures of success and we are committed to delivering superior value through our solutions.
Indellient truly is powered by an incredibly talented team of software designers, developers, and support personnel. Our team members have a common passion for technology and a dedication to excellence in customer service.
We echo these values daily through our work and they help us operate.
Office Space
It’s important to us to make our workplace as comfortable as possible for our employees – and that begins with creating a welcoming atmosphere and casual environment. We offer a vibrant, open concept space which allows us to communicate and collaborate with one another throughout the day. From our many meeting rooms, open lunch room and personal spaces where employees can recharge, we’ve thought of it all!
“We have the best work environment. It’s supportive, friendly, and allows for a great work-life balance,” boasts Aesees Bakhshi, Software Developer on IBM Certification.
Our office space is perfect to host events that bring everyone together.
Our kitchen is where we not only come together for lunch, but various other activities including card games.
We even have a spare room – just for weekly yoga sessions so employees can unwind.
Challenging Work
There’s never a moment that isn’t a learning opportunity – and we want to equip our employees with the resources, training and tasks that empower their growth. Our work may be challenging, but it’s rewarding and allows our team to step out of their comfort zones and challenge themselves.
“I had to learn quickly. I feel lucky to have been exposed to different aspects of development and to the client relationship side at the same time,” says Kulwinder Billen, Software Developer at Indellient.
Indellient hosts recurring Lunch & Learn events so employees always stay sharp and can brush up on their skills.
Damith Karunaratne, Partner & Director, Client Solutions adds “it’s a client-first mentality here so when we get a call to help with something, we don’t say no – we act fast. We are always busy but we do it and it’s worth it all – particularly when the client says how pleased they are. We’re reliable and that’s how we will keep it.”
People
Indellient is home to a diverse group of individuals with different perspectives, backgrounds and experiences. There’s never a shortage of that community feeling that runs deep throughout our entire organization.
Our employees are our greatest asset and management makes that known with special events, monthly outings and promoting an environment of fun.
Indellient celebrated it’s 10th anniversary with a company-wide party and a lot of cake.
Christmas time in the office consists of ugly sweaters, secret santa, tree decorating and potlucks.
Halloween is a time for employees to change out of their work clothes and into something spookier.
“We have such a diverse group of individuals here with a wide range of skills, expertise and talents. Everyone has something different to bring to the table and Indellient is very welcoming of this. Managers try their best to accommodate different skills and let you try new roles,” says Parth Pandya, Technical Business Analyst at Indellient.
“I fully believe in the work we do – we provide quality solutions and work hard to ensure customer satisfaction is high and remains high. It’s a good feeling – I’m proud of this, I’m proud of this team,” adds Doris Bean, Operations Manager at Indellient who has seen the company grow since her start in 2007.
