Our customer offers solutions to help their clients send bills, get paid and communicate with their customers. They leverage technology to connect transactions with communications (engagement, conversion, upsell, retention) to strengthen client relationships.
The customer wanted to provide a wide variety of communication services to clients, offering both legacy and digital channel solutions, in a broad cross-section of industries including finance, health care and property management. Their collective goal was to create a digital document exchange that provides accelerated access for all customers, and provide faster, more efficient and cost-effective access to advanced digital communications services. Indellient designed and implemented a scalable and flexible solution that would meet the current and future requirements for data exchange and storage solutions.
Indellient helped this business technology provider create a modern digital document exchange to provide faster, more efficient and cost-effective access to data for its customers.
A senior executive of the organization recognized the need to leverage the many capabilities of the enterprise to assemble a stronger, unified client offering. Their team recognized cloud technologies as a critical enabler for a scalable and flexible solution that would meet the current and future requirements for data exchange and storage solutions.
The customer team required a comprehensive delivery team, who could take responsibility for designing and implementing solution components with limited internal resource commitments.
The key elements of the solution included:
Global access from anywhere, at any time, by merit of Cloud implementation
Flexible integration interfaces
Rich and flexible data model to support new applications and participants
Over the course of less than 12 months, the Indellient team built and implemented a cloud solution, via an AWS environment, that facilitated the ingestion and storage of document images and associated metadata. The resulting data store is then used as a source of content to provide batch and web service interfaces to variety of digital solutions, including an audit trail comprising both successes and processing anomalies to support reporting and source reconciliation. The solution was made possible through the use of several AWS capabilities including S3 and Managed FTP for file exchange, EC2 and ELB for ingestion and retrieval processing), RDS for storage, both Lambda and SQS for cloud based data & transaction processing and Cloud Watch for logging.
