Blue Relay Solution Recognized for Improving Member Communication Processes


Indellient is honored to have won the Excellence Award in Quality Improvement at the Pharmacy Benefit Management Institute’s (PBMI) 2017 Drug Benefit Conference today for the positive impact their software solution, Blue Relay, has had within the health payer industry.

Blue Relay modernized the communication review processes for this client, bringing much more clarity and confidence to its team members which significantly improved their efficiency. The solution allowed staff to increase throughput by over 300 percent without an increase to workload or headcount.
